How do I book a session?

You can book directly through my website at gaiasophiahealing.com to view real-time availability and choose a time that suits you. If you don’t see a time that works, email me and we’ll find an alternative.

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation if you would like to connect briefly before booking a full session. This can help you get a sense of whether this work feels like a good fit.

In-person sessions take place in a private office in Squamish, BC, as well as during select travel dates. Subscribe to my newsletter to stay informed about upcoming locations and retreats.
Virtual sessions take place through secure video and offer the same depth and presence as in-person work.

Payment is accepted through cash, e-transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
At this time, extended health reimbursement is not available while my Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation is pending. This will be updated once registration is complete.
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are subject to the full session fee.

Yes. Energy and presence transcend physical space, and online sessions hold the same depth and transformative impact as in-person work. Many people appreciate the comfort of working from their own home or sacred space. Please make sure you are free from distractions so you can arrive fully present for the process.
Every session is unique and guided by what is most present for you. We may draw upon counselling, intuitive guidance, energy clearing, somatic awareness, or spiritual connection, depending on what arises. I will discuss and receive your consent for any energetic or therapeutic approaches before we begin, ensuring each session feels safe, grounded, and aligned with where you are.
Find a quiet space, turn off notifications, and arrive with an open heart. You may wish to journal or reflect beforehand, but the most important preparation is simply your willingness to show up.
The healing process continues well after our time together. You may feel lighter, emotional, or deeply grounded. Drink plenty of water, rest when your body asks for it, eat nourishing food, spend time in nature, and be around people who love and receive you. Integration is part of the medicine. Give yourself permission to let the work settle.
You don’t need any prior experience. This work meets you exactly where you are. We will begin with grounding and intention-setting to ensure you feel comfortable and supported from the start.
This varies for everyone. Some clients come weekly during a period of deep transformation, while others book intuitively as needed. There is no right answer. We can feel into a rhythm together that genuinely supports your process.
