I have 20+ years of experience as a massage therapist. I am an American with a Canadian Permanent Residency. I would have loved RMT school if it was an option when I began, my heart is now exploring different avenues of healing that I am so passionate about so RMT school is off the list.

A massage treatment by me is an otherworldly experience, I geek out on the technical aspect of the body but I infuse each session with the wisdom of your soul and what that part of you is really asking for in the NOW moment.

We can access specific parts of your body to move mental and emotional stagnation. I use touch and breath to weave your higher self with your physical form, making new pathways of possibility.

My sessions weave deep work, with light energy holds, your body will feel more open and your nervous system grounded. You will leave feeling like you want to be in your body, and that you have arrived home.
